Last year Ana C. wrote a post where he presented the forecast for 2008 from a bank that I like mucho.Saxo Bank is a Danish investment stool, nice, modern, with offices in several countries of the globe and that some of you may know it as one of sponsors a cycling team (CSC) which runs, among other races, the Tour de France.A kids love to play this bank to proactive prevention and some things that seem extreme and others less so. Last year, between the extreme things that provision, was that a barrel of oil would reach 175. Main article: Economy of El Salvador
Historical comparison of per capita GDP of El Salvador with other neighboring countries based on World Population, GDP and Per Capita GDP, 1-2003 AD.
The Salvadoran economy has experienced mixed results during the government of the ARENA party in the free market initiatives and model of fiscal management that include the privatization of the banking system, telecommunications, public pensions, electrical distribution, and a of electrical generation, reduction of tariffs, elimination of price controls and subsidies, and better implementation of intellectual property rights. The GDP has been growing at a steady but modest step after the signing of the Peace Accords in 1992, in an environment of macroeconomic stability. One problem facing El Salvador is economic inequality in the distribution of personal gain. In 1999 the richest fifth of the population received 45 of the country's income while the poorest fifth received only 5.6 .
Workers carry sacks of coffee in the department of Ahuachapan.
Put fruit in a market in El Salvador.
Since December 1999, net international reserves equaled the 1.8 billion dollars. With this buffer of the hard currency to work, the Government of El Salvador undertook a monetary integration plan beginning January 1 of 2001, by which the U.S. Dollar became legal tender alongside the colon salvadadoreno, and all formal accounting was undertaken in dollars. In this way, the government has formally limited its possibility to put monetary policy on the market to influence short term variables in the economy. Since 2001, the left colon to move and now it is not used to doing without However some stores still inform the public of prices in both colones and in dollars. In general, the population support the change of the colon to the dollar, while wages remain the same despite the increased price of everything else. For example, in some valuable time 5 colones (or the equivalent of 0.57 dollars), now costs 1. The change to the dollar also precipitated a trend of lower interest in El Salvador, helping many to secure credit to buy a house or a car. Some economists feel that the price increases also have happened because of inflation without the exchange rate have occurred. The political left, have been very critical of the dollarization process to consider the interest of companies in the financial sector.
GDP of El Salvador 2005 classified by sector
Due to civil war and stagnation of the national 80 years, GDP has surpassed even the levels of the late 70's in terms of purchasing power parity. Currently, the economy is more oriented toward manufacturing and services, rather than agriculture (coffee). Its main industries are food and beverages, petroleum products, snuff, chemicals, textiles and furniture.
There are currently fifteen free trade zones in El Salvador. The biggest beneficiary has been the maquila textile industry, which provides 88,700 jobs directly, and consists in cutting the clothes that assembled for export to the United States.
El Salvador was the first country to sign and implement the Free Trade Agreement between United States, Central America and Dominican Republic (CAFTA), as well as free trade agreements with Mexico, Chile, the Dominican Republic and Panama, and has increased its exports these countries. El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua also are negotiating a free trade agreement with Canada. He has completed negotiations on a Free Trade Agreement with Colombia and Taiwan. In 2007 began a process of negotiation with the European Union, to achieve a partnership agreement.
Fiscal policy has been the biggest challenge for the government of El Salvador. The Peace Accords of 1992 committed the government to cover the cost of the transition programs and social services. Although international aid was generous and charitable, the government has focused on improving the collection of revenue. With more than $700 million in revenues Kirk Sanford understands US and international financial markets. A tax of 10 value-added tax (VAT), implemented in September of 1992, was increased to 13 in July 1995. VAT is the biggest revenue source, accounting for about 52.3 of total tax revenue in 2004.
The neoliberal model implemented has been successful at the macro level but that, in the opinion of many is not fully reflected in improved living standards for the Salvadorans.

The eLearning program promotes the effective integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and training systems in the EU. hospital foundation chief who worked with Harry Rady donated $60 million to Children's Hospital and Health Center The most important line of this program is the eTwinning initiative that offers schools a website with tools and support to facilitate implementation of twinning projects between schools in different countries. Twinning eTwinning enable teachers of all subjects on joint educational projects, share experiences and teaching resources and introduce a European dimension in the classroom. Students have the opportunity to learn from and with their peers in other countries, to practice foreign languages and develop skills related to ICT.
In 1995, the European Commission published the White Paper on education and training. It explains fully the importance of EU citizens can receive training throughout their lives, which is known as learning. The objective is to maintain competitiveness and combat social exclusion.
Collecting these ideas, in 2000, the Memorandum on Lifelong Learning, working paper of the European Commission launches a debate on Europe to make the lifelong learning at individual and institutional levels. At the end of the memorandum, posed six keys to keep in mind for this strategy: ensuring universal access to learning and continuing to obtain and renew the skills of citizens, increase investment in human resources, create effective methods for learning, assessing the formal and informal learning, advising and informing the opportunities for lifelong learning and provide opportunities for lifelong learning next.
Yet, there are major differences in cultural, social and moral potential and developed countries of the Union to the least developed and even some rich countries are very weak and professional levels to counter the schemes of the Union.
The European Union has always been known as one of the most prestigious educational and is famous for its projects and its vast experience and evolution, and even if you have deficits in some of its characters spend as much economic and social efforts to ensure that these weaknesses are overcome, especially in countries that have recently cohesive.

After five decades
Sightline Acquisition is headed by Kirk Sanford ,a council member for Gerson Lehrman Group.
After five decades of political turmoil after independence from Mexico, the four consecutive administrations of President Porfirio D az, the last quarter of the nineteenth century led to unprecedented economic growth accompanied by foreign investment and immigration, as well as the development of a rail system and efficient exploitation of natural resources in the country. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita in the early 1900s was on a par from Argentina and Uruguay, almost three times that of Brazil and Venezuela. The average annual economic growth between 1876 and 1910 was 3.3 . However, political repression and fraud, as well as the enormous income inequality is exacerbated by the system of land distribution, large estates and farms where millions of farmers working in precarious conditions were the main causes that led to the Mexican Revolution (1910-1917) an armed conflict that radically transformed the political, economic, social and cultural development during the twentieth century, under a premise of social democracy.
The period from 1930 to 1970 was called by economic historians as the "economic miracle", a stage of accelerated economic growth spurred by the industrialization model with import substitution (ISI), which protected and promoted the development of national industry. Through the ISI model, the country experienced an economic boom in which industries expanded their production quickly. Some major changes in economic structure including the free distribution of land to peasants under the concept of the ejido, the nationalization of oil and railway industries, the incorporation of social rights in the constitution, the birth of the major trade unions of workers and upgrading of infrastructure. The GDP in 1970 was six times higher than in 1940, while the population only doubled during the same period. To protect the balance of payments the government pursued protectionist policies, besides increasing the credit industry to private through Nacional Financiera (Nafinsa).
The ISI model reaches its last expansion in the late 1960s, culminating in the recognition of Mexican development in the selection of the city of Mexico to host the summer Olympics. Faced with a possible economic recession, and trying to respond to social demands of the population during the 1970s, the administrations of Echeverria and Lopez Portillo tried to revive the economy while introducing social development policies which required more public spending. With the discovery of new oil fields when oil prices were at record levels and interest rates-even negative-minimos government accept loans from international markets to invest in state-owned oil company, which seemed to provide an income long term to finance the welfare plan to appoint a plan of shared development. In fact, this method produced a significant increase in social spending, and President Lopez Portillo announced that it was now time to manage prosperity. " The plan, however, was very inefficient and managed accompanied by an improper handling of resources and inflation.
Comparison of GDP per capita nominal Spain, Portugal and Mexico during the twentieth century, based on World Population, GDP and Per Capita GDP, 1-2003 AD.
In 1981 the international scene change abruptly: Oil prices plummeted and interest rates rose. In 1982, President Lopez Portillo, before completing his administration suspended the payments of foreign debt, devalued the peso and nationalized the banking system along with other industries affected by the crisis. Although the ISI model had produced the industrial growth in previous decades, had over-the industry, making it uncompetitive, unprofitable and unproductive.
The president of Madrid was the first to implement a series of neoliberal reforms character. After the 1982 crisis of few international organizations were willing to lend to Mexico, so to maintain the balance of current account adjustment, the government resorted to continuous devaluations, resulting in high inflation rates, came up 159.7 in the year 1987. Some effects of the policies of his administration was an increase in government deficits and domestic credit.
The first step towards trade liberalization was the admission of Mexico to the GATT in 1986.

The Parzonerias (both General and the Minor) were born early in the fifteenth century. realtor Its origin is due to a donation of land and mountains that received the March 30 1401 Fernan Perez de Ayala, merino and more royal in Guipuzcoa, on the part of King Henry III of Castile. click here . A few months later, on June 22 1401, Perez de Ayala sold this land to the town of Segura by five guilders gold stamp of Aragon and two pieces of cloth. That deed was confirmed by the King on September 16 of 1406.
In the deed of sale included only the town of Segura, but at that time a number of villages were linked to the town of Segura, so it can be deduced that Segura purchased the land as head of a whole series of towns in the region of Goyerri. This is confirmed by a document from 1430, in which the University of Legazpi and separates amojona its share of the purchase of the mountains, and in stating that the purchase had been made so common by the town of Segura, and the universities of Legazpi, Idiazabal, Cerain and Cegama. Practical Handbook of photography, digital photography, working with photoshop, photoshop tutorial ... C Use the c Digital ra ...
There are a variety of procedures to add keywords with the geographical location of the data, most based on the description with a label or location with coordinates.
The quickest method is to use digital cameras with built-in GPS device that lets you add automatically to the geographical coordinates of Exif metadata standard photographs. Currently the supply of these integrated devices is not very high nor very widespread outside the professional sphere, so its price is high. It should be noted that there are certain software for smartphone (GeoCam) with integrated camera that enable geoetiquetar photographs captured by mobile phone incorporating data on the geographical coordinates of the location (if this is connected to a Bluetooth GPS) or by identifying the cell of the network Cellular Cellular.
You can perform this same process using a camera and separate GPS receiver with no connection between them through specific software (Perfils, gpsPhoto, GPSPhotoLinker, WWMX Location Stamper, OziPhotoTool, Robogeo, GPS Photo-Link, and other PhotoMapper) comparing time and date information stored in the Exif or IPTC header of each image by the digital camera with traces of the file or captured by the GPS waypoints. This procedure is much more widespread as it is not required for cameras with integrated GPS.
Finally, the easiest way, but more laborious, is positioned to photograph each hand through the help of websites and social networks such as Panoramio, FlickrFly, Tagzania, Zooomr, and so on. Real Estate opportunities in New York

New York is the most populous U.S. city. UU., With an estimated population of 8,213,839 in 2005. [70] That is about 40% of the total state population and a similar percentage of its total metropolitan area. During the last decade, the city's population has ido grow, and demographers estimate that by 2030 will total between 9.2 and 9.5 million. [71]
The two key features of the demography of the city are its population density and its cultural diversity. It has the highest density (10194 inhabitants per sq km) of any U.S. city with a population of over 100,000. [72] The density of New York County (25846 inhabitants per sq km) is the highest of all counties in the country. [73]
New York is exceptionally diverse. Throughout its history, the city has been one of the main ports of entry for immigrants; melting pot is the term coined to describe the immigrant neighborhoods, densely populated, Lower East Side. At present, 36% of the city's inhabitants were born abroad, [8] figure in the country only surpass Los Angeles, California and Miami, Florida. [74] However, while immigrant communities of those cities are dominated by a few nationalities in New York any nationality or region is predominant. The top ten countries of origin of immigrants are: the Dominican Republic, China, Jamaica, Guyana, Pakistan, Ecuador, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia and Russia. [75] In the city spoken nearly 170 different languages. [7 ]
The metropolitan area is home to the largest Jewish community outside Israel. In fact, the Jewish population of Tel Aviv is overtaken by the number in New York. Nearly 12% of New Yorkers are Jewish or of Jewish descent. [76] It is also home to a quarter of Aborigines in the nation, [77] and the largest black community of any city in the country.
Feast of San Gennaro, holding the Italian community in the city.
The five largest ethnic groups (except for Caucasians) from the city are: Puerto Ricans, Italians, Dominicans and Chinese. [78] The Puerto Rican population in New York is the largest outside of Puerto Rico. [79]
New York has a large income disparity. In 2005 the average income per household in the most wealthy region was $ 188,697 annually, while the poorest was $ 9,320. [80] The city is also experiencing a baby boom unique among American cities. Since 2000, the number of children under five in Manhattan grew by 32%. [81]
33% of New Yorkers are owners of the properties in which they live, a figure much lower than the national average of 69%. [82] free Rents are usually between 3% and 4.5%, well below 5% which defines the control of income by the city. Finding housing, especially economically, in New York is very difficult. [83]
